I found this on the FB. I think a preview in Germany but not 100% sure.
When living in Switzerland I had the tires (BFG A/T)) on the RRC put on new rims. They automatically put the RWL on the outside. The majority of SUVs had them this way.How many new cars have whitewall lettering on the outside - from the factory?
if anything, what of your opinion changed? what was the room in the rear like? odd question, but do you recall how the HVAC was setup for the rear seats as far as ducts? thanksOk, the event was better than expected as far as the information they provided. The ability to climb all over and into the Grenadier. I am more excited than before. I did not get a test drive as this was a pre production model. It was very close to the final product.
Denver will be one of the sales and support locations. Locations and details to follow. Test drives in Denver before the end of the year. Delivery in late 2023. I am 6'3" and I had plenty of headroom to include the rear bench seat.
If you get the chance go and see.
I see the Santana in it as well, but mostly on the front end, and my thought is that a set of grill headlight protectors that match the extended radiator grill would fix a lot of that. Also, people like us are the only ones who even know what a Santana is in the United States, so we can just not talk about it.I still like it, but the santana vibes are too high(knock off with too much goofy shit). Cool idea, but execution isn't hitting the mark for me, too expensive for a likely low production hodge podge truck. I hope it succeeds for the enthusiast aspect
I did not look closely enough at the rear HVAC to answer. The rear load space was massive and there was talk of a factory option for a drawer system. The rear seats do not fold flat. They said because of passenger / child seat restraint laws prevent the fold and tumble or something like that. For a one off new production vehicle it is really well made and functional. We were able to climb all over it / under it. The North American leadership was there and dialed in. Ineos is going all in to provide updates and support. They could answer all questions where legally allowed to with great detail. They are really investing in NA and the customer experience. I really liked the look and feel from the driver's seat, but again I need to drive it in the mountains here to see how it performs. I will be holding off buying any new cars until after the test drive and holding out for this.if anything, what of your opinion changed? what was the room in the rear like? odd question, but do you recall how the HVAC was setup for the rear seats as far as ducts? thanks
Just curious if these were new Defender owners who said that they would sell when the Ineos was available?I did not look closely enough at the rear HVAC to answer. They did the viewing in shifts, in my group there were 2 new Defender owners, they both said they would sell their Defenders the second this one was available for purchase. The group before us had 1 defender, did not get to talk with him.
The 2 in my group said they would in an instant. One had a new 110 and the other had a new 90.Just curious if these were new Defender owners who said that they would sell when the Ineos was available?
That doesn't surprise me at all. At this point, my next vehicle will be a G500 (to replace the 320 I have when it gets too old) a Grenadier, or a New Defender. But if I have to go with the Defender, I feel like I'm doing so as a compromise just to have a good road car that can go camping when I want. The 2 in my group said they would in an instant. It looks strange from the front end. The proportions don’t work.

In the marketing photos they take the front end photos from a lower angle. It looks better, probably because it minimizes the apparent size of the hood.
I think separate paint option for the nose is a way to break it up visually, and make the front end both more angular, and more symmetrical.
AgreedAlso, an ARB can go a long way towards fixing ugly mugs.
I'm likely not a buyer for a year one example ... but does that low hanging radiator worry anyone besides me?
The engine bay is tight.
(This is not my photo)
I like straight six motors. But the length is a disadvantage. Especially when you add in the extra hardware for the turbos.
A V8 would offer more power in a more compact package.
