ha, sorry I saw the username and for some reason I mixed it up with his plate.I was guessing by the license plate that he drove a d90...

I ended up using 1/4” pressure treated plywood...used construction adhesive, then dozens of short exterior grade screws in the back and then shellacked the back for added protection. Lastly, ended up using aluminum angle on the end to hide the seam.Nice! What did you use for backing under the Mahogany?
I second that!Make sure your replace that hose that came on the VNT on the boost actuator. It's total hot garbage.
