Proper tailgate; proper canvas. Very happy with results.

I made things worse on both 110s. I took the battery box and tool box out of the NAS110 and started cutting out the rust to repair the crossmember on the new 110. BTW how do I get the NAS110 battery cut off switch handle off? I thought it was a roll pin but maybe it’s a rivet? Allen? Help. They are like $600. While I am at it. Can someone school me on carpet? What is the closest to factory 92/93 era carpet and what is the difference between premium and not premium exmoor? Is ebony black? I am sort of hoping for grey.

I removed my fuel tank before replacing fuel lines and doing my electric fuel pump/pre-filter mod.

Lots of rust and dirt that couldn't be seen with the tank in place. Spent 2 hours under truck with a pressure washer, let it dry overnight then touched up Waxoyl. I see in my photos I have some more touching up to do and I guess I should spray interior of frame even If I know there is dirt still to be removed-comments on this please.

Takeaways:
Try harder to find a shorter pressure washer wand and/or one with a 90° bend neck.
Keep more Waxoyl on-hand.
My truck only has 72,000 miles on it but I don't believe I'll ever be able to get all the dirt out of the frame.
The rust war will never be won.
Oddly, I love it more every time I crawl under it.

You have to knock the pin out of the round handle. Narrow punch. I rebuilt mine and repainted handle

Eastwood internal chassis coating once it’s dry and as clean as you are going to get it. It’s basically a high zinc paint.

Then fill with waxoyl or similar cavity wax product once you let the Eastwood dry (it drys pretty quick so you could probably do it next day or even later the same day, but I would let it cure for a week to make myself feel better).

This weekend, I fixed my subwoofer (under cubby) and modified my cubby. With MudUK Sublocker, my cubby was too damn high. And too deep. Little creative whiskeying, and I cut the lower 3” off the cubby and welded the damn thing back together. Welded on the cup holder in its new locale and Touched up the paint too and reinstalled. Then, with a little extra evening time to go, I fully sanded all 4 fenders, applied plastic adhesion promoter, then coated with bumper and trim paint. Did it as right as I know how, looks great—hope it works! Then cleaned and conditioned a junk yard find disco2 rear seat getting ready for a mod to back of 110. Has a couple small tears so ordered a leather repair kit, too :)

Reinstalled cubby at new height, perfect for me at least!

Then loads of elbow grease. First dusting, then cleaning, then conditioning.
