Found this poor bastard behind the bumper, stuck in the frame horn. Points if you can tell how to get his fat ass out.

Sorry. that's a mouse chin, showing his chompers. If you zoom on the second, you can see in the top hole his brown body stuck on the top portion of the frame.

After all the work we did to the rear of our 110 to quiet things down, I realized that portions of the bulkhead remain untouched even with our Exmoor matting.

We bought a couple of boxes of Noico Black and went to town. We popped out the matting and applied a layer to everything in the front. I finished things off by applying black vinyl over the exposed Noico.

https://www.mudstuff.co.uk/products/defendervent its funny, I act picked up the vents, sub locker and speaker mounts before my truck was even in the country. When I went out in the storm Monday I had the same issue n it sucked. So I said F it and tore into. Not sure how well they work. And directions were ok. Not great..

Well, I didn't do anything nice to my Defender today... it was -40 this morning.
I plug the truck in below -10, and I replaced the glow plugs a few months ago, so it did spring to life after a momentary complaint (3rd revolution instead of the first...)

After 5 minutes idling, I tried to move it. No dice. The transmission and transfer case fluids were goo. The alternator also wasn't happy, no output even after a few blips of the throttle. I gave it a few more minutes (heated seats are essential in these temps!) and then set off once I could get it in gear. Still no charge and no luck getting my doors to stay shut, I turned around and came home.

I put it on high idle for 15 mins and after that my doors closed, the truck ran like a top, and I made it to work without issue.

I need to build a garage....
