Unsure if the thread title is accurate -- while I await a parts and workshop manuals for my new top me '97 NAS 90:
My steering wheel is roughly at the 1:00 position when I am driving straight. I assume the PO put the wheel on wrong and it just needs to be taken off and rotated so the steering wheel is at 12:00 when the wheels are set to go straight down the road. I have never taken a modern steering wheel apart... Anyone have a parts diagram they can post, or any advice? The Defender drives down the road straight, but it seems weird that the steering wheel is slightly "off kilter".
