We spent the winter building out the rear of Drago.

We started with a digital design In Sketchup.

We just returned from a 9-day, 1,300 mile road trip around Oregon and Washington. The recent work kept Drago happy throughout the trip and the new setup made living out of him even more fun.

Thanks evilfij! Our overall goal for our D110 build was a relatively classic appearance without heavy modifications. We even use a Bluetooth speaker for music to keep the dash period correct.

A lifted roof would be fun, but we enjoy the stealthiness of not having one.

How is the heat with the black roof?

We sprayed the roof with Lizard Skin ceramic insulation, then added another layer of auto foil insulation under the headliner. We also used Expel Ceramic tint when tinting the windows. The combination of all that really helps to keep the cabin temps at bay.
