What have you done to your DEFENDER today?

Ouch. Interested to know how they respond..
Pretty much you click a checkbox upon checkout that they are not responsible for damage during shipping

That's brutal. Hopefully a paintless dent guy can fix you up some. Maybe check in with your credit card? I hope you get something worked out in your favor.

I know a day late and a dollar short, but fwiw British Defenders can get the same as SP and/or DDS without the overseas risk.

I’d make the case that if they’re going to commit to such a statement, that in return their elves should at least make an effort to ensure that parts have a chance of arriving securely. Those parts were doomed the moment the box shut.

Just make sure that you have insurance on the package. They have to prove that they packed them correctly to survive a journey in each and every case or the shipper just won’t pick them up anymore. It’ll sort itself out.

That is a hell of a gift. I have a tendency to love such items and rarely stop drinking it at just one glass... I hated trying to limit nice bottles to a small little toast when I can down a several Cairngorm glasses of it... Just finished a nice Ardbeg... Enjoy!

Still working on rewiring my 110 and got the instrument cluster gauges all wired. I’m converting the front lights from LED back to factory lights, but realized I need all of the speed nuts and pozidriv screws, so those are on order.

I did get my new rock sliders installed. Previously I had some Terra Firma ones with the tree bar, but I just don’t like the way they look, so i went with some from RN.

I would have liked to push them back about .25” but the bulkhead bolt wasn’t long enough and was seized in the bulkhead.

I have the Bearmach Sliders on my 110 and tree guards are not my favorite. I have 2” square tube sliders I made for the 90 and still like them 20 years later. But frankly, I’ve been waiting for Jon to make more of his, but I’ll probably just move on and make my own at this point. Now that I’m TIG welding more, I’ve been remotivated to just build my own. The Psyoptc design was sweet to my eye, I’d I’d just get them if I could. If you have a 110 set and are bored of them, PM me.

He'll be back at it soon enough Im sure, once he needs them for his truck

Replaced the door check on the driver's side, the previous owner seemingly lost it and never ended up replacing it. The unfortunate consequence of neglecting replacement was a dented bulkhead from the door hitting it.

All correct except for the trailing arm washer. It’s actually a part of a hand railing (the part that screws to the wall).
Well it’s friggin brilliant: powerful and controlled + everyday parts +affordable. Absolutely love it!
