Bummer! It's an 88 127 double cab hicap, so it was likely owned by a utility company originally. I think maybe SEB due to the original light green (Keswick?) color.Nawh, that's some rebuild code stamped in by some off the wall military workshop or utility.
I had one like that in the shop that turned out to be a 1.6, but had to drop the bottom cover and count teeth to figure it out.

The truck doesn't currently have a tach.you can just drive it too and use the ashcroft gearing calculator and a tach to figure it out .
