Transfer Case Serial # Decoding

Can someone help me identify this transfer case? The numbers don't seem to align with any of the references I can find online. Assuming it's an LT230...

No other stampings are present. I'm trying to figure out what's inside to calculate gear ratios.

Thanks in advance!

Nawh, that's some rebuild code stamped in by some off the wall military workshop or utility.
I had one like that in the shop that turned out to be a 1.6, but had to drop the bottom cover and count teeth to figure it out.

Have you looked on the other side of the box yet ?
Ya, quickly but couldn't find anything. Going to look around some more. I've heard there may be a 3rd location in which it could be stamped too.

Bummer! It's an 88 127 double cab hicap, so it was likely owned by a utility company originally. I think maybe SEB due to the original light green (Keswick?) color.
