Yeah, Buddy!Received this the other day from a member (Bellinghammer) no charge except freight - $32 by bikeflights. New used windows for my build. Windows were in great shape and the packing was even better. Thx. View attachment 12455
Great thread and inf. Jim! What is this Wurth stuff and where did you get it...cant read the writing. Also, what kind of isolating washers did you use on the roll cage?Oh yeah, I always use this stuff liberally with any fasteners, but without fail on stainless. I also use isolating washers to the greatest extent possible. I’ve also found that I have to be careful with bulk stainless from McMaster-Carr/Fastenall etc - i need to wire brush the threads first because the slightest burr or rough thread will bind up the bolt. I don’t use standard hex-bolts much anymore though. I’ve switched to flange-head metric machine screws from Bolt Depot. These more closely resemble the OEM fasteners that Land Rover switched to during the TD5 era

. Plus it came with a $100 wine gift card of some sort
If that's for Naked Wines, its a total bait and switch. If you use it you agree to pay like $40 a month whether you buy anything or not from what I remember.

Unboxing swag is even good when you’re just getting loaners replenished from the stash. This will ultimately go in the Tdi 130.
