Is that Shoe Creek? What ever happened with that trail Devil's Ditch? That was a really good tough trail. I only got to do it twice before it closed and I think I was in high school at the time and Rovertym was still in Richmond.
Yep, Shoe Creek.
I only made 2 or 3 runs to Devils Ditch, too. That was fun; stream crossing, rocks, a little mud, a hillclimb, and a waterfall hike at the end.

A Christmas Eve winter romp. The dogs, Landy and I made the back road trip over the mountains to my daughters place. Vermillion river road, NW Montana. Was a fun trip. In the higher elevations there was about 10" of snow. Landy did well, slow, sure and steady.

Beautiful. Looks fun and adventurous. All the passes like that around here are closed for the winter. Nice 90 too.
Be careful out there.

From today. I'll post a link when I get all the photos up. This image shows the RRC as it was stuck. This was actually a 20 degree slope on mud, and only those who aired down to about 10 lbs, and had lockers didn't have to be winched several times through the steeper part below this. Loads of fun. And although I've been out a lot, not lately, and really only for light duty stuff compared to this. This is the first time I've been out for hours of winching and steep, muddy stuff. Of course, this track would just be plain fun if it were dry. But even the Defenders were bumping back and forth between the trees, so no Power Wagon Rams on this track. The Disco II that I rode in folded both mirrors at the same time on one part.
