I'm no Pretender fan, but he appears to repeatedly parrot vague anecdotal complaints. To revive a dead battery, does the process really require an internet connection? This wasn't explained. Is it the vehicle or the specific diagnostic software that requires it, and why? Regarding the story about the one that had to be dragged into the flatbed, there's a manual release for the parking brake. Maybe they couldn't get to it for some reason, or they didn't know it existed, but again the story was vague. If you're going to tear down a vehicle, and I believe this one deserves it, be precise about it.
