I'm sure everyone has their brand... This is my go to for every nut, bolt, and mating surface. Non corrosive, can use on anything, lasts in weather.

Is yours an original Mantec? Your flange bearings are different. Have you had any issue with them breaking down? Many EP greases are incompatible with plastics due to moly or petroleum content.
This is a britpart carrier technically for a truck tailgate. https://rimmerbros.com/Item--i-LL1227BP

There are no bearings from memory - I installed it in Aug of 2017. Its a fitted bolt with seals and all the interior space gets packed with grease via the zerk. The only thing I disliked about the product is the zerks and the travel limit wire were not stainless.

Edit: Technically the sleeve is fitted to the bolt size. The bolt is nothing special. So if the bolt wears, it's like $1 for a replacement. But the sleeve gets packed with grease via the zerk. It's been there since 2017, parked outside at least 5.5 of those years, and it never squeaks and it still works perfect. I did replace with all stainless after these pictures were taken.
