I think it all depends on your skill set, and how comfortable you are taking on something for the first time.I can tell you that it's easier if you have a second set of hands to help. You'll need a hairdryer, as the material stetted with heat which is helpful.Is a recover something that you would try yourself, and what kind of adhesive do you recommend with this material?
I asked my upholsterer and he says any good contact adhesive will work fine.
Some have had it professionally done. If you remove the panels yourself, use corse sandpaper to remove any remains foam and adhesive, then take it in to have it recovered, you are going to save a good deal of money.
I have sold plenty of material to board members, so if anyone has any DIY experience, please chime in.
