Exhaust pipe replacement

Add some Copper Spray-A-Gasket & fit them to clear the pipes. Far better solution than altering the factory brackets - Thanks for the suggestion erover82!

It was late when I finished.
Smoke/Rumble test has to wait until this weekend, so I don't fill the garage with fumes - Even though I'm really anxious to see & hear the difference!

Yes. Those are the parts. CXRacing only sends three (3) V-band clamps for the four (4) flange connections, so I had to pick up another. You may want to mention that in the notes when you order because they may not know the set is short a clamp (even the pics show only three).
The only other issue was the clearance to the turbo oil feed pipe & drain pipe. As you saw, I wound up moving it over a full 1" to miss the assembly bracket. You'll need spacers made up & longer bolts/lugs at the turbo connection.

The exhaust made an occasional metallic "knocking" noise, usually at an idle in neutral & at the beginning of changing gears. Initially I thought it was the metal hangers against the exhaust stand off supports. I traced it to the new downpipe barely hitting a bolt at the chassis next to the engine. I'm going to remove & wrap the downpipe & while it's out, cut off the offending bolt. Other than that, I'm happy to report that the new pipes have less "sound" & less noticeable white smoke. I definitely hear the turbo whine spooling up quicker when accelerating.
Not sure how to post a video.

You can see the bolt right below the vibration damper flex.

If you still need the reat pipes and stock muffler I have everything from the middle back to the tail pipe for a 110. Not ne, but just dirty and not rusted through.

So a little follow up - Six months of occasional weekend driving (with some mountain rut roads in there) & the middle exhaust mount hanger weld broke. The hanger is a stainless circle strap with the seam welded that goes around the isolation material & a mount plate welded onto the sleeve in a separate location. There is a lot less vibration forgiveness in the design than the original rubber hangers. The down pipe damper flex can only do so much. I'm wondering now if that will eventually happen to the other hangers...
