Yes, we are waiting on a shipment of bumpers so that we can mount the guard to for marketing purposes. The prototype is perfect, but may be cost prohibitive to pursue.

Well that took a while, and these are not my photos(as you can probably tell), but we mounted it and it fit like a dream. We are not going to be the exclusives on these, but I imagine we will be retailing them for around $1500 as they're quite pricey. They are amazing replicas though, truly perfect. Unsure of production timing, but probably a few weeks from time of order. These will likely be around $275 to ship

How do they attach to the bumper? Is it just bolted on top or is there some extension around the bumper?

Just like the originals, they use the 2 bumper bolts on each side and then have 2 forward bolt holes as well which your bumper may, or may not accommodate.
That's a good question, I have to wait on the manufacturer to either find an exclusive retailer, or open it up to a variety. We'd love to be the exclusive, but these are costing around double what the originals did, so the market will be much smaller.

Hey everyone,
We are looking to do a run of the Brownchurch replica CT Bars. Originally, we wanted to work directly with RoversNorth but the logistics getting the brush guards to VT was too expensive and we decided to go the Tesla route, direct to you.
Bars are made from 1.75” EWS, CNC bent, MIG welded, primed and powder coated. There is no option for raw or galvanized at this time.
Lead time is 8-10 weeks after I receive the deposits.
Cost will be $1300 each plus shipping (Probably $275-$300 for lower 48)
Each guard will be shrink wrapped and put into a custom-made 4 wall box with internal support when closed.
Photos below are of the same bar Zack test fitted along with the custom box and inserts.
If you’re interested please send me a DM, once we receive a minimum of 25 I will reach out for a $500 non refundable deposit. Final payment will be requested the week of shipment. Tracking number will be provided once they ship.
