Sweet! Now that this part will be available Stateside from Rovers North I am definitely going to do a swing away tailgate on my 90 to go with my Rovers North NAS cage when I convert my '97 SW to a soft top. I have a set of Off Road Monkey's hinges on the shelf for this project but me thinks I would rather do original hinges...

We are doing both the drop down & swing away, Series & Defender fitment. These are being made in Maine from *almost scratch*(shop does not have the ability to make the inner panel because of the unique ribbing, so we are supplying those from the UK)

Swing aways will be a proper NAS replica with the single rope hook.

They are going to be a good amount less than the genuine units!
Are you also selling the bracketry / hinge(s) ? Love the fact these are coming out of Maine. Converting to a soft top this winter.
When do you think these will be ready for resale?

Yes, we already offer the bracketry separately

We expect to see the final prototype this week, and then we'll get the rest shortly afterwards

Prototype arrived safely and we test fitted hinges/latches. Will relay some minor tweaks and then it's off to the races. Definitely going to retail for less than I expected

Unfortunately, we're buying the inner panels from a middle man who can't provide the coating details. They are definitely treated steel, but I can't say for sure with what. The rest is aluminum
