    Sorry I am new to electrical things To test this do I use a multimeter with the positive on the spade coming out of the hot lead on the top of the reservoir? Do I just ground the negative? Car doesn't need to be running - just in on key position?

    Insurance for LR

    I use Nationwide in NC. Have other autos/home with them I had no issues insuring my 1991 D90 ROW. I did obtain a vehicle appraisal to help them attach a value to it and prove its worth it.
