Y pipe- repair or replace?

Been chasing down an exhaust leak on my NAS110 and I think I have finally located it with a little soapy water and reverse vacuum in the tailpipe. Getting bubbles right behind the passenger side O2 sensor at the weld to the cat. With the pipe still in the car I can't get a good enough look to see if it is rusted through or if there is a crack in the weld.

Should I even bother trying to tack a weld on there or just get a new pipe? This is a genuine pipe so it may be original but I believe the cats are good (no rattling).

If you don't drive it everyday I'll wire brush and some tailpipe sealant will probably fix you up.
