I just bought a Traegar and probably used it more last weekend than I used my other grill all last summer.

Seasoned-Setup the grill
Burgers & hot dogs
Nachos
Big Chocolate Cookie in a cast iron pan
Newman's Own Margarita Pizza. Because my local grocery stores don't have ingredients to make my own dough
Chocolate Chip Cookies. Yes they are better on the "G"rill than in the "O"ven.

The only appliances we own that get more use than our Traeger is our coffee maker, washer and dryer.
Everybody needs a Traeger smoker/grill/wood fired oven.

Been looking at Traegers to replace a Weber. School us!
Caveman easy. Load in whatever flavored pellets you like, set to smoke for 5 minutes and you are on your way. Smoke is 188 degrees and you can set your temp to anything between that and 450. I smoke brisket or pork shoulders overnight with no babysitting required or crank it up and cook burgers, steaks, chicken, whatever you want. We buy take and bake pizzas from Costco and toss them into a 450 degree Traeger. Absolutely kick ass wood smoke crust flavor. I'm telling you, if you are not a creative cooker this will make you one. If you are it will become your culinary playground.

I need to watch some videos to figure out the post-grilling chopping technique. I seem to remember taco trucks using a huge machete-like knife and a thick chopping board to cut it into small pieces.

The ones by us use a clever.

We have a Primo ceramic grill and use it in place of our oven in the summer time since we don't have AC. I love making enchiladas or any kind of baked pasta on the grill.

Pulled chicken sliders, sweet taters and broccoli slaw.
How do you do the broccoli slaw? I feel bad tossing out the stems most of the time and if I don't use it for a veggie roast I don't really have a use for them.

The Ropa Vieja was a crowd pleaser (didn't have any black beans, so red will have to do).

Salmon seasoned Teriyaki using my #6 iron pan on the the webber grille for added convection & reduction...over Jasmin rice, few peppers/onions, creamed spinach and a little sunset action. Ez-pz.

(BTW, broccoli slaw is a home run summer side)

Pulled chicken ridiculously easy. In iron skillet, 4-6 boneless skinless chicken thighs. 1 cup of your go-to barbecue sauce. Low heat for 20-25 minutes covered. Uncover and separate meat with fork when fully tender to mix with sauce. Serve on slider buns with sweet gherkin pickles on side.
