What coolant/antifreeze is best? 300tdi

I have a 1995 300tdi.
It’s time to flush and replace the coolant.
Is genuine LR LRN2279 the best way to go?
I see lots of general comments about what it should or shouldn’t have but no real recommendations except for LRN2279 by Atlantic British in an online video.

Thanks to share your experience and input.

I always run the traditional green. Did the 300 Tdi ever come from the factory with Dexcool? The Land Rover coolant is Dexcool with dye as far as I know. You don’t want to mix Dexcool and green

x2 with traditional green for all 300tdi's I've ever owned (+ a bottle of redline water wetter because its only $13 and hasn't hurt anything).

On the note of dexcool, I had it prefilled on my D2 (4.6, 2004) that always ran hot, I finally gave up, did a FULL flush and swapped to green, never had a running hot issue again. I hate that stuff.

The Land Rover coolant is a Glysantin G30 OAT coolant. It’s like the coolant used by VW. The newest stuff is HT-12 pink Si-OAT and should be mixable with the Land Rover coolant since it’s similar to VW’s coolants, but you’ll probably want to double check.

There is also HT-12 green. That’s for BMW engines only. It’s mixable with the blue Glysantin G48 coolants.

For a flush, I’d run Peak Finalcharge or any of the other new universal coolants from Prestone or Peak. They’re inexpensive, last between 5-15 years, and can be topped off with anything in a pinch.
