Boo. Use FedEx Express! 😁 Recently shipped a radiator and it arrived same day to my place in TN from PA.
I love Fedex as a company but I despise my local Fedex depot. From the front desk, to drivers/delivery there seems to be an issue with almost every single package I send or receive that goes through them. Everything is fine until it hits Fort Washington PA.

Hmmm, FedEx is great on the other side of philly and in Delaware. My packages from DHL are usually destroyed to some degree or another (thankfully I am buying wrenches and sockets not plates and glasses from Germany).

The drivers for the local FedEx depot especially love to stop in the middle and block the entire road as they get out to deliver packages at the door. By deliver I mean throw the boxes at the door. One of these days the sodastream bottles in the boxes they're tossing will wake them up to why this practice is ill advised 😲.

Take a look at the truck. Ground is often independently contracted. If it’s FedEx Ground it may say what the independent contractor company is operating that vehicle somewhere on the logo on the actual truck. Express costs more money, but generally has better all around service/care/support/delivery schedule.
