Trailer dash light?

So, this trailer dash light stays on all the time.
Doesn't matter if there's a trailer pigtail plugged in or not.
Owners manual doesn't really say much...

LEDS, brake/ind converter box?? Got a short?

Hmmm...I have rear LED brake and indicators and a LED Relay fitted.
It always had them so I don't know if/when it started...

Pretty sure no shorts anywhere.... at least on this truck!

I have all that stuff too, and checked mine yes mine is always lite to. Just never bother me. Maybe change the flasher unit and see if if goes away? It's the small stuff that keeps us busy lol.

The RDX LED relays (ebay) have an adjustment knob on the top to fine tune when the trailer dash light illuminates.

I think its all based on current. Changing from Bulb to LED changes all the currents which goofs up the trailer light. Not all LED relays are the same and some don't support the trailer function. The RDX one works.

Edit: Same as Red90 comment above.

Doesnt bother me enough to change relays... LOL

All lights/indicators work perfectly, but this trailer light stays on.
I can pull the bulb if I get to bothered I guess...

Do your 4way hazards still work?

Yep... all lights and inicators work perfectly.
Hazards are normal(using a Carling switch).

I have Wipac LEDs on the rear(brake, signals, reverse) everything else stock.
I have the relay with the little potentiometer that Paul on D90 sells...
