I'd rather concentrate on all the wonderful experiences I have had with Rover vendors. I can very much recommend from personal experience Ken at Surfside 4X4 for integrity, great communications, and unsurpassed knowledge of Defenders. He is based in Pompano Beach, Fla. and on Nantucket. Great inventory and service. ***** 5 stars
I can also recommend Oliver's classics (based in the Netherlands) for importation of ROW 110s. Olivier has contacts with fire stations throughout Europe and regularly comes up with very low mileage trucks. He gently restores them and then effortlessly imports the trucks to his agent in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. ***** 5 stars

Havens51, thanks for the positive post. It is always great to hear stories of vendors going above and beyond.

Mariano Garcia from Dfenderland has been amazing to deal with. Built a great quality truck for us and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone when I have post delivery questions. In fact, we often text on a Friday nights to share our post work week cocktail, most often, Bourbon.

Greg at Rovers North has been an invaluable resource as well when planning out my build. Last time we spoke, he was taking a long weekend to spend time in his sugar shack.

As you can tell, I really enjoy building rapports with the businesses and people I support. It’s always much more than a business transaction to me.
