SW windows slide easier? Travel mug for 97?

Two pretty different topics but both puzzling me.

Is there a way to make SW rear windows slide easier outside of a garrison kit? My windows aren't rattling, they're just difficult to slide/sticking.

Also, is there a travel mug out there that will fit the 97 console cup holders?

Garrison kit and silicone spray or take apart yours, clean out the grime and silicone spray

Dave, the 97 cup holders are useless.

any cup or mug taller than the cup holder side wall will just flip over during turns.

So, I usually just nalgene my water now. That also means no coffee or tea in the truck.

I'll report back if I come across something that works. I know some are narrower/slimmer at the bottom in order to fit in a standard cup holder.
