RN Hi-lift Jack Mount

Hey all,

I am planning to re-introduce a slightly better version of the old SG hi lift spare tire mount. It's mostly the same, however it'll have multiple holes drilled in both the vertical & diagonal positions to accommodate different offsets/tire widths. They will likely be in the $239 area, but I need to pre-sell at least 5 of them to move forward. For those, I'll be offering the first 5 @ $209/ea. These are made in the US, and finished in a heavy powdercoat like our Husky bumpers. PM/email me if interested

Im definitely a huge galvanized product fan, but products made in the US end up costing quite a bit extra to have galvanized, mostly logistics. I'll see what they say for price difference

They said that the galvanizer they use wouldn't do items this small, they only do larger pieces, unfortunately

Man I dig it. How cost prohibitive is it to have it hold the handle from vibrating like Jeff Payne’s or safari gard’s style?

Get the dayco? I think it is dayco thing that holds the handle.

Edit: it is dayco

Also I can hear that door frame cracking, but maybe not because it is the new style.

It's not, the new design has several holes drilled along the center section so that no matter what wheel/tire combo you have, it'll have a spot to hold tight against the tire to avoid vibration.

@zack count me in. I don’t check the forum super often, but you have my email and I’ll take one as soon as you make em.

Would this also work for alloys? I have boosts so I’m guessing I could pop the center cap on the spare and get this to work potentially

I havent tested it on a bonnet mount, but probably could once my coworker drives his 110 in

Im not sure it'll work with alloy wheels, I think the thickness would interfere with the pin. I will try to remember to bring an alloy wheel in asap to confirm
