Rear Washer Fluid Line Leak

So I am getting what looks like blue washer fluild leaking over the rear cross-member fuel tank. I am not sure of the routing of the rear washer fluid line; any pointers on where the line is likely to be broken and/or how to access it?

More specifically, the rear door and rear carpets are all dry, but the fluid appears to be coming around both sides of the fuel tank, though somewhat more prevelant on the driver's side (LHD).

Truck is a 1997 D110 County Station Wagon.

Obviously, I can drain the supply tank as a quick-fix. The rear washer itself is hardly mission-critical, I would be willing to pinch off the line (which would still allow the use of the front washers) if there is somewhere the rear line is accessible.

should be a quick one to find. trace the hose from rear nozzle to C pillar along roof line as supertreeman mentioned. seems like you'll find the source in this region.

Thank you gentlemen! The crazy thing is that the leak is only showing up on the fuel tank in between the chassis rails. Reminds me of my old LR3, where a clogged sunroof drain shows up as a drip on the driver's *left* knee (nowhere near the sunroof).

I had a washer hose eaten by critters once. But its too early I would have thought for rodents to be setting up their winter home and food supply....
