Short version:
My sister's senior prom date and good friend was diagnosed with a brain tumor 2 years ago. He's had a lot of cognitive issues with both the tumor itself and the treatment. During Covid, he eventually moved back in with his parents. 2 weeks ago his mom died of pneumonia, 3 days later his (70 year old, still working for the health insurance his son needed) dad had a heart attack in front of him but the ambulance he called was too late. This kid... its too much. He can't work at this point and has no siblings and very little family.

I'm sorry to ask, but anything that anybody can contribute is very appreciated.
