NAS 90 step bumper on a 110

Are there any differences, besides the bracing, between a NAS 90 & NAS 110 step bumper? What I am really asking is: Are they the same from the rear crossmember back?
I read that the front attachments of the NAS 90 rear bumper can be extended about 4.5" with some flat bar, but I am considering welding heavy tube bracing like the NAS 110 bumper has, to a NAS 90 bumper, to get better towing capacity.

Either that, or I will have a NAS 90 step bumper available & I will just have to get an aftermarket 110 NAS "Style" bumper.

I did it to the 110 with a 90 NAS rear bumper. As you mentioned I used flat bar to get to the frame to bolt it in.

90 attaches to the unique fuel tank cradle on the chassis. The 110 ones come forward and attach @ the hole where the lash down eyes were bolted to the chassis. We have been running NAS 90 bumpers on 110's since 2008.
