No. You need to get a trim piece from I think Uncle Doug, or Doug Shipman in Portland. It is an edged new opening that will make the seat box clear the new transmission.
I can't remember exactly how I ended up figuring out the placement of mine, but I seem to remember that once I had the new trim piece, it was a simple task of drawing the line and cutting the seat box to fit. I then riveted the new piece in place, and then repainted my whole box.
The LT95 is a great transmission. But it still has that old tractor made to drive on the road feel that the 4-speed in a Series has. The R380 is fine, and much more modern feeling.
