LR4 P0087 Fuel Pressure issue

Looking to see if anyone has an opinion on a FP issue on an LR4. At best, I have some rough idle at times (since I've owned it) and I clear the CEL every few months with a GAP tool, but this time it keep coming back. There is plenty of discussions regarding the 5.0, 3.0, and LR2 with the issue, but hard to narrow down between high or low pressure sensors and pumps. looking for any of the easier fixes to try before i go nuts on parts and service. I ordered some BG44K to dump in for the time being, but I think I'm just buying some time at best.

I can get live values from the GAP tool if there's value. Thank you.

I just called to check on what @Wolf Fabrication mentioned and this vehicle has not had the fix. I explained the CEL and they said they will fix the flange and go from there. I did see a reflash before when searching this issue, and was trying to use my IID tool to do the flash, but had not reached out to GAP yet regarding. I am wondering if while they are doing that it makes sense to have the in tank pump replaced...Not sure if the tank needs to come down or not.

Double check my math but i don' think the GAP tools will be able to upload the newest version of the software. That requires a JBL license.

LR4 at the dealer getting the flange recall fixed and they are installing a new pump. The cost was not bad since it's only for the parts, so figured it worth it while the tank was down. Hopefully it helps the original issue.
