I am just going to say that he could probably build this truck in the US pretty easily.
He might want to talk to AM General as a company very interested in assembly/manufacturing vehicles for other manufacturers. Heck they have 2 plants just sitting in South Bend. They can't be making that many R-Class Mercedes and wheel chair accessible vans.
