What would you expect to happen if one of the injectors was partially clogged?

Lack of power stuttering stalling engine knocking.

You can pull injector disassemble it and spray clean with carburetor cleaner in 30 minutes.

Really? Then why did I pay good money for each one to be cleaned?

The reason I ask is I've been thinking through the experience I have where about 25% of the drives I'm on, it runs rough, as if getting a slight miss. I thought maybe one cylinder is not getting as much fuel as the others on some occasions. The idle has a distinct diesel clatter, or it has a smooth diesel rhythm. Climbing a hill is either a pain on the ears, or the next day at the same speed, it is a relatively calm, vibe free experience. Even when shutting the engine off, it either clunks to a stop, or it smoothly settles to a stop. I can usually tell if it is a 'good' drive or a 'bad' drive within the first 200-300 yards, sometimes even right at start up. And once I swear I was just thinking this is a 'bad' day when I stepped on the gas and it 'cleared' to a 'good' day right then. I think it may have slightly less power on the 'bad' days, but it is hard to tell.

Cleaning is not a he same as testing . You can clean an injector easily but, havi g them tested correctly (esp the two stage 200tdi Injectors) requires specific equipment.

I doubt you have aclogged injector . Sounds like air getting into the system or something else
