Has anybody rebuilt rear Salisbury hubs on an early ROW 110 lately? I'm trying to figure out the proper inner and outer hub seal part numbers. I have a bunch of RTC3511s left over from my old truck and I'm pretty sure that these were the right fit for the inner and outer seals on my late-style NAS truck. However, LRCat is specifying something different for this old truck:
RTC3511 - inner
FRC8222 - outer
Is it the 8222 imperative or can I just use a 3511 on the outer like I did on my old truck?
I was also surprised to find the weirdo seal-spacer FRC8227 on this rear hub. Someone told me that these rear Sals hubs were identical to the fronts but I can't ever remember seeing this seal on any hub I've ever worked on. Guess I need to order a pair.
