Fuel Lines (Carbs / Frame Mounted Pump & Filter)

Should I apply sealant to the fuel lines & adapters going into / out of my frame mounted pump & filter. If yes, I assume seal all the threaded connections? I have ARP Thread Sealer on hand.

I'll give it a try. When I disassembled an original pump/filter assembly, there was a hard, red sealant on the threads of the adapters.
