Frame mounted tire carrier options?

Need to explore my options on how to carrier a 255/85/16 tire. I would "like" to avoid drilling into the body.
I'm currently without a rear bumper but was hoping to also install an NAS style rear bumper - however a tire carrier takes priority.

I'm leaning towards ORE, but I'd like to find something made here in the states if possible

I know there is another unit out there Nakatanenga = Too pricey, but can certainly respect the quality & engineering

Any help is appreciated

I have the ORE and 255/85-16 KM3’s. No complaints whatsoever. Well made, no weight on the door, easy install, replaceable parts, etc. I haven’t fit the Genuine NAS rear bumper bc of an extended range gas tank. I believe the RN version of the NAS bumper will work with the ORE tire carrier, but haven’t confirmed.

I have the britpart knockoff of the mantec, yes you have to drill out a rivet on the body for the upper support but it really wasn't bad. IF I was to install it again (I'm going to do this once its warm out) I'd add grease zerks to the supports that the vertical bolts go through where it hinges. The masai has greasable bolts which accomplish this.

Whats the connection between the rear door and the mount? The ORE has been on my bucket list when the time comes to replace what I have.

Picture from the ORE website, it’s an adjustable linkage. You adjust it until a rubber “bumper” pushes against the door plate when closed. This eliminates any rattling. Pretty good idea and works well. I’ll take some better pictures this weekend to show better detail.

Went the Masai 4x4 heavy duty route -
#1 DHL is fast ordered on a Tuesday and at more door on the east coast Friday.
#2 The unit is well built, solid paint job
#3 Directions are a little vague especially when it comes to mounting the fixing plate to the door.
#4 looks like it was designed to fit over a NAS bumper . 1st image
