My 97 90 has an NRP system installed by the previous owner, and while it has a very nice growl at start up and idle, it can drone at times while underway. Has anyone swapped out a stock or stock-like muffler but kept the rest of the SS hardware? Would that offer a more mild sound? Any suggestions?
