door grommet hole locations needed

I am beginning the project to install power locks in my 110 and have the appropriate grommets. My 110 doesn't have the factory holes for bulkhead and B pillars. Can someone take pics and measurements of where I should put the holes for me?

Granted, its a Puma. On older trucks similar location, different grommet. Round holes, not “mouseholes”, round top and square bottom.

Plenty of threads on using different grommets, or 4 rear door grommets.
