I have a '94 RRC, ABS issues and wondering if anyone is making a bracket kit for fitting DII brake hardware to a RRC? I'd be fine also just bypassing ABS all together.

Better yet, just pull the brake system out of a non ABS classic and use that. You need everything except the calipers and front lines. For the rear, you need the T off the early rear axle. You also need the rear proportioning valve off the inner fender and as many of the engine bay lines as you can grab. Don't worry if some of that stuff break since you can always use it as a pattern. Easier to fix the broken, than the missing.

D2s and RRC are completely different. There would be no way to make one work with the other.
