These will unfortunately NOT fit the NAS Defenders because the external roll cage is in the way. They will work on any ROW model without having to modify anything on your truck. They are ideal for the small fairly inconspicuous 4" square lights, or can also be used for mounting Comms antennae instead of lights. Please let me know if you have any questions.

looks like they mess with the door alignment and also - use incorrect hinge bolts?

I include black poly spacers to make up for the thickness of the material. They work perfectly.

Not sure what you mean by incorrect hinge bolts, but what you see in the pictures are stainless steel bolts I had upgraded on my doors. You can use any bolts you wish, as the brackets do not require anything specific, neither do they require any modifications.

He's saying that the hinge holes are tapered at the bottom for a bugle head style bolt. You are using Allen head that have a flat bottom .

The Allen head won't seat in the taper and allow for hinge movement.

Got it! I don't remember that detail, since that was a couple of years ago, but those pictures are actual ones from my rig at the time ('86 ROW), and I had no problems with hinge movement.

I can't confirm, so someone better than me can reply, but I think Series and Defender doors are interchangeable?? If the hole pattern is the same, then there should be no issues.
