It was here from Dec till two weeks ago. That's an old picture, Trey put the spare on the left front. FWIW the seller has been offered 22.5 for the NAS identity by a shop building defenders.

Doesn't matter too much what they put into it. Looks like at least a year of neglect, which will quickly devalue any vehicle. I too would take the 22.5 and be happy to not have to deal with it.
The bigger picture, NAS identity has a value of 22.5. Ie with that offer the buyer wanted only the clean title and vin tag for a ground up six figure build.
