Coolant leak from Viscous Fan

been chasing a coolant leak. Thought it was a bad bypass hose, but now that i filled the reservoir back up there is a steady stream coming from the Viscous fan.
Is this just waterpump deciding to go bad or just a seal?
turck was sitting for 15+ months i drained the the system and put in a new radiator and now this...... Just want to drive the thing.

Probably the front seal on the water pump let go and it's spraying coolant onto the hot fan

Probably the front seal on the water pump let go and it's spraying coolant onto the hot fan

so it looks like new water pump. Luckily I have a pump and gasket that i have had sitting as a spare for a few years.
