"Cool" New A/C option coming for Classic Defenders..

Looks like they save the fresh air vents, along with the orig dash.

I didn't see how the defrost was incorporated ... I'll watch again but that looks pretty nice. Would be good to see BTU specs too.

Defrost/ Windscreen vents are same as factory but controlled by our servos
We use electric compressors in all our applications, could you use a mechanical compressor if you really wanted to? yes

Around the 6:50-7:20 mark of the middle video he shows and mentions a 400v PTC heater connection. Hopefully they do in fact go forward with the mechanical compressor and standard heater core option. Will get expensive fast if you need 400v.

That must be an option they are looking at for electric conversion trucks? In the third video when they have it installed in the truck they point out the coolant lines that go to the heater box..
