Catskills and Beers

Met up with a friend for a few days in the Catskills. Stayed in a Yurt then a cool boutique hotel in Hudson, NY. Hiking, Breweries, coffee and cool on-the-way-ish side trips mostly.

Philly->Clifton Park NY->Saugerties NY->Hudson NY->Philly

Covered about 800 miles in the 110 in ~3 days. No mechanical issues other than a weird fluttering (towards cold) of the temp gauge a few times. I think the t-stat was getting stuck open? Will change it soon just to be safe. NO @Z.G that first pic was when I stopped to for bio reasons as opposed to calling AAA .

1 weird moment was when I looked out of the window of the hotel room and saw an impromptu @influencersinthewild -esque "Photoshoot" occurring around my 110.

Where's the avo-toast? lol. I'm just jealous of you guys that have time to get out and do these trips. Looks like a good time.

Your brush with contemporary subculture has me wondering; Does posing with something "cool" make make one appear more cool by association, or conversely, does it juxtapose one's relative lack of coolness?

If one "presents" the prop (my 110) as their own, (I'm still trying to find their post on instagram by using location, etc) than its 100% the latter IMO. When they started grabbing the door handles and rack, my blood pressure was definitely impacted...

My buddy's parents are in clifton park where I picked him up. The 110 got a lot of attention in that parking lot. Although, there was a cool triumph TR5 (didn't get a pic) and a 396 Chevelle....

Love the photo of the Old Delaware & Hudson Building in Albany from inside the 110. That "moto" cafe you went to in Hudson is very cool -- we stop in there all the time when we are buzzing through there between our place in Troy and Palenville in the Catskills.

I was just in Philly a few weeks ago and stopped at Hoyts and the cigar bar upstairs for a whisky and a cigar. Philly is so much fun, 1,000 times better than Boston.
