For those who haven't seen I tried to install a bit rest clutch fork in my stumpy r380 today and I found that the pivot point was physically deeper than the stock style fork. The problem with a deeper pivot point is that it reduces the amount of angle that the slave can actually push the fork in and out.
I decided not to install it because I don't think it's going to have enough forward push on the throwout bearing to actually disengage the clutch.
