Here she is on arrival day! The driver called me and said they would be at my house in about ten minutes. To my surprise it was a day earlier than I expected, needless to say I couldn't get home fast enough.

First thing to do was to see if she'd fit

After about 250k miles I decided a rebuilt 2.5td was in order. It was the first time i've done an engine swap and it's been a great learning experience so far. Theres still so much to learn but it's been pretty fun but frustrating at times too.

Here are a couple small changes I've made until I'm able to dedicate some more money into bigger updates and fixes.
Factory grill instead of something that was homemade by previous owner

Also welded in a 2" receiver instead of the dedicated ball hitch so I have more options and can use the bike rack.
