Are These Vacuum Lines?

A little background. I have a 1989 ExMOD 110 (right hand drive) with 3.5L gas engine. Trying to figure out what these are? The black plastic lines with the blue caps.

They look pretty new and are on the left side. Are these vacuum lines?

Yep, and I second following them. I found a number of breaks in mine basically negating all the effort to get the end into the engine bay. I bought the Gwyn Lewis kit which came with manifolds like that, hoses, new fittings for the axles, and a breather cover for the timing case. You could probably make it cheaper if you get parts individually but I was already ordering from him, and just wanted someone else to do the thinking for me.

They are the vent lines for the gearboxes and front axle.
