Allisport VNT turbo rebuild

Has anybody had any luck getting an Allisport turbo rebuild stateside? My Alisport VNT turbo gave up the ghost a few days ago and I cant locate a new one. Most of the places I have contacted around me are not interested in rebuilding it.

I'd say it is about 3yrs old with 8k on it. I've been pretty careful with it too. Always watching the EGTs and I even removed the snorkel so it gets a larger volume of air.

Are you contacting diesel shops? What's the reasoning?

VNT requires specialized equipment to set the vane stop screw, cant be done with standard turbo testing tooling, its vnt specific.
