Although I don't know any of you guys personally I have appreciated and benefited greatly by your posting threads and response to others with advise, suggestions, comments, etc. So sad to see such a great brain trust of knowledge leaving this forum.
I completely respect the decision to leave and I wouldn't pretend to know the reasons why..I did see some rather nasty and seemingly downright mean banter going back and forth... I partially thought it was a joke it seemed so out of line.
Anyway, I dont expect that any of you will change your minds. Just wanted you guys to know that there are those (many of us Id assume) on this forum that have mad respect for you guys and the knowledge and experience that you collectively bring to the table.

Sorry guys, we are not mass deleting anybody's posts. That's just not going to happen. Per the Terms and Rules of the site (see bottom of page), we retain the right to keep the posts. Mass deleting someone's posts feels very Orwellian to me and ruins threads.
Can everybody please stop it with the fan-flaming while me, @javelinadave , @JimC , and @WoldD90 figure out what's going on?

I know Uncle Doug, jymmiejamz, RDavis, Z.G., The Dro, and many others here as they've been wheeling at events for years.
What's going on?? These guys bring much experience to the discussion and it would be a huge sucking sound if they left...

Dont worry Jeff, it's not related, we're not all leaving. Robert is leaving because he had a disagreement with a member, and Doug is leaving because he no longer wants to be involved with forums. Unrelated besides the timing, as Doug & Robert are not close

I am sorry to see both Rob and Doug go. They added a lot to the discussion and provided a wealth of experience. Yes, the board will go on, but I will miss their insights. Hopefully, once the tempers subside, I hope they see their way to come back. Fair winds and following seas gentlemen!
