When I turn on the A/C the clutch at the front of the compressor shown in the picture will try to engage and make a clanking noise...like it is trying but not fully or staying engaged...worked fine yesterday, just started this AM...is there an adjustment or a way to see if it's failed completely? I don't hear the RPM's drop so I don't think it ever fully engages...compressor only has about 2K total miles and maybe only 500 engaged miles..
